You need to talk to ya'lls (heck yah i'm from texas) parents and tell them that you really like this girl. I don't know long ya'll went out and how old you are, but if your relationship was to the point to where you'd want to get married then you should tell your parents that you want to spend the rest of your live with the girl or something like that.
