Sadistic Disney Movie Secrets?

Well this isn't really a secret but they always like to write in a dead mom into the plotline. And I've heard about some sexual references in some disney cartoons. What I don't get is why the f*ck disney would risk their image for stuff like that? Do the people who work their really get that big of a kick out of it? Do they resent disney and want to get their a** fired?
