What should we do we want to elope next month but?

We plan on not telling anyone for a year n just say we are engaged and have "wedding day" but really it would be a renewal/announcement that we are married. One problem. If we get married on a Saturday at the beach it would be a Monday the following year. But if we plan on having our renewal/announcement on a Saturday we would have to get married the same day we go to the beach since it's two days difference. Or can get married on Friday at the beach n have our renewal/announcement on a Sunday which I kinda like since we want to do our renewal/announcement at our church. Which one do you think we should do. We are stuck on it.
